Running a high street business today means wearing a lot of hats, from managing stock and serving customers to somehow finding time to post on social media and update your website.
Our Getting Online Ready workshop is designed to make that part easier. It’s a full-day, practical training session that helps you take control of your marketing, build confidence with digital tools, and walk away with real content and strategies you can use immediately.
You’ll get hands-on experience in everything from taking great product photos and writing engaging posts to using AI and building a stronger online presence that brings people through your doors.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave with new skills, new ideas, and a clear plan for how to grow your visibility both online and on the high street.

You’ll rotate through each one in small groups, ensuring plenty of time for practical, one-to-one support.
